If you have a medical condition that is likely to deteriorate the adviser may advise a review assessment after a suggested period of time.
A charge will be made for the review at a reduced fee.

Offering driver and passenger assessments for long term mobility
The aim of the assessment is to evaluate the physical and cognitive ability of the individual to drive a motor vehicle in safety and comfort.
